Once your order has been processed, you will receive your product within 7 10 business days.  Nature's Formula recognizes for unforeseen reasons that your financial situation may change from the time that you order your product to the time that you receive it.

 

If this is the case, Nature's Formula will accept returns on UNOPENED products for up to 7 days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including original shipping and handling fee).  WE WILL NOT under any circumstances accept any returns on already opened items.

 

Once we receive you items, we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your credit or debit card after 15 business days.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping.
